The wedding of Super Junior’s Ryeowook and former Tahiti member Ari (whose real name is Kim Sun-young) was an unforgettable event, as it also witnessed the reunion of the current and former members of the long-running K-pop boy group.
Ryeowook and Ari said “I do” at an intimate ceremony at the Bonelli Garden in Seoul, South Korea on Sunday, May 26. The wedding comes almost four years after the couple confirmed their relationship in September 2020.

One of the highlights of the wedding was the reunion of the Super Junior’s current and former members, as seen on the Instagram Stories of SM Entertainment chief A&R officer Chris Lee and comedian Hong Seok-cheon.
In the posts, Ryeowook and Ari posed with Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Kyuhyun, Han Geng, Kibum, Kangin, Henry, and Zhoumi.

The current active members of Super Junior are Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun. Meanwhile, Sungmin has been on hiatus from the group since 2015.
Meanwhile, Han Geng left the group in December 2009 after filing a contract termination from SM, with Kibum and Kangin following suit in 2015 and 2019, respectively.
On the other hand, Henry and Zhoumi are part of Super Junior’s sub-unit Super Junior-M but are not part of the group’s official lineup.
The reunion was a momentous occasion for fans as the 13-member group’s last photo took place in 2009. Meanwhile, Henry and Zhoumi were last seen with the Super Junior members during promos for Super Junior-M’s activities.

Ryeowook is the second Super Junior member to get married after Sungmin wed theater actress Kim Sa-eun in 2014.
Meanwhile, former Super Junior member Han Geng has been married to Hong Kong-American actress Celina Jade since 2019.
Super Junior originally debuted as a 12-piece act with a rotational concept in November 2005. The original concept was abandoned after Kyuhyun joined a year later.
Apart from group activities, the group is composed of six sub-units including Super Junior-K.R.Y., Super Junior-T, Super Junior-M, Super Junior-Happy, Super Junior-D&E, and Super Junior-L.S.S.
