Sam Milby and Catriona Gray have yet to speak up about the status of their relationship, but eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the beauty queen was not present at the actor’s 40th birthday party.
Fans of the couple noticed that Gray was absent from Milby’s surprise party at the Manila House Private Members Club in Taguig City, where his family and close friends were present at the event.
The photos, shared by ABS-CBN’s talent management Star Magic and photography studio Nice Print Photography, showed the actor-singer mingling with the guests over a private dinner.
Among the celebrities invited to the private event were John Prats and Gerald Anderson.
“Sam Milby surely had a birthday celebration to remember! The stellar charmer was delighted to spend his special day with family and friends in a surprise party! Happy birthday once again, Sam,” Star Magic’s post read.
Apart from the birthday greetings, netizens took to the comments to ask where Gray was and if they indeed broke up for good.

Milby’s party comes days after Gray took down her engagement photos with the actor-singer from her Instagram account. Milby’s photos, however, are still up on his page, as of press time.
The couple were seen previously snuggling up to one another at the birthday party of Cornerstone Entertainment’s president Erickson Raymundo last April.
Milby and Gray were reported to be “facing some challenges” in their relationship by their label Cornerstone Entertainment last February. However, both have yet to confirm nor deny whether they had parted ways for good.
