After his successful run in international male pageants last year, scoring three global titles in just two months, Joselli Rojas continues to test his luck in the industry, this time at the Manhunt International Male Supermodel search.

Rojas’ The Authority Productions (TAP) based in Los Angeles, California, fielded the delegates of the United States, Switzerland, El Salvador and Italy in the 22nd Manhunt International, the 30th anniversary edition of the longest-running international male competition.

The contest is taking place in Ayutthaya, Thailand, in Southeast Asia where Rojas scored three victories in just a span of two months last year.

Blake Johnston from the US won in the inaugural Mister Cosmopolitan contest in Malaysia on Oct. 10, followed by Brazil’s Dereck Gimenes who was proclaimed Man of the Year in Indonesia on Nov. 10, and Joao Emiliao, also from Brazil, who emerged victorious in the first Great Man of the Universe in the Philippines on Nov. 25.

In Thailand, Rojas is placing his bets on Marcel Ignacio Riera of Switzetland, Kevin Puri of the US, Andre Ticas of El Salvador, and Vincenzo Melisi of Italy to score another TAP victory.

The Swiss, Italian, and El Salvadoran delegates accompanied Rojas for a brief stop to the Philippines to meet a select group of media scribes before heading to Thailand. Puri joined the conference online.

The gentlemen said they put their trust on Rojas based on his track record of producing winners. It was only in 2022 when the Filipino pageant director started fielding delegates to international competitions for men and women.

The lads shared how the Filipino mentor molded them into competitive aspirants, ready to take on the international stage. Riera and Puri have both competed in other tilts, while Ticas and Melisi are rookies.

The 22nd Manhunt International Male Supermodel competition will culminate at the final competition show on May 26. Reigning winner Lochian Carey, who won at the 21st edition held in the Philippines, will turn over his title to the eventual winner.

The Philippines is represented by model Kenneth Stromsnes, who will try to become the second Filipino winner, following June Macasaet who won in 2012.
