Excitement for Bae Suzy and Kim Woo-bin’s reunion project is brewing as the South Korean actors met up for a script reading for their upcoming series “All The Love You Wish For.”

Bae and Kim’s reunion was confirmed in June 2023, several years after working in the hit K-drama “Uncontrollably Fond.” The series revolves around the ill-fated story of Noh Eul (Bae) and Shin Joon-young (Kim), which ultimately ends in Shin’s death.

On a streaming platform’s Instagram page on Monday, May 20, the actors were seen at a script reading for their new series, which will be written by “The Glory” and “Goblin” “screenwriter Kim Eun-sook.

“All-star cast + legendary screenwriter = wish come true. Conflict over three wishes arises between a genie who awakens after a thousand years and his new impassive master Ka-young in the romantic comedy ‘All The Love You Wish For,’” the caption read.

Bae and Kim were joined by director Lee Byeong-heon and their co-stars Ahn Eun-jin, Noh Sang-hyun, Ko Kyu-phil, and Lee Zoo-young.

Details about the romantic comedy’s premiere date is yet to be announced.

Bae started her entertainment career as a member of the K-pop girl group Miss A, which was one of the biggest groups in K-pop’s 2nd Generation and debuted in July 2010. The female quartet disbanded in December 2017.

She made her acting debut in the 2011 K-drama “Dream High” and appeared in a string of successful projects such as “Vagabond,” “Start-Up,” “Doona,” and “While You Were Sleeping,” to name a few.

Meanwhile, Kim returned to acting in 2020 after a three-year hiatus due to nasopharyngeal cancer. He is best known for his roles in “The Heirs,” “Our Blues,” and “Black Night.”
