Pokwang bluntly responded to a netizen accusing her of stalking her ex-partner Lee O’Brian on Instagram, saying that the “netizens were the ones dragging her back to the issue.”

Some netizens had commented on O’Brian’s recent post greeting his mother. They wrote that the American national still stood a chance of going back to the Philippines, even though he has already been deported and blacklisted.

In the comments section, one IG user mentioned Pokwang’s account, and the actress replied, “Ay lagot ayaw ng @immigph yan wag ganon! Baka makasuhan sila kapag ganyan. Baka ipahanap sila ng BI at patunayan nila yan lagot!!!!”

Another netizen then accused the actress-host of stalking her ex-partner, as she was still following him and was able to comment on O’Brian’s post.

“So, nakafollow k kay Lee? Ibig sabihin stalker k s mga post nya? Paano k nakakapag comment s post nya? Birthday wishes nya eto s mother nya, pero Nandito k nakikipag away s mga ayaw sau? San ung respect mo s mother n Lee?” argued the netizen.

Pokwang then defended herself, blaming the people who mentioned her and saying she only felt the need to respond.

“Kayong mga hunghang ang nag memention sakin dito wala akong kinalaman sa post na ito mga tanga! Kayo ang di maka move on! Nananahimik ako mention pa more natural sasagot ako hahhaha DEPORTED!!! Aray!! Mga iyakin!” she asserted.

On April 11, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) released a statement on the deportation of O’Brian.

“As a consequence of his deportation, his name has been included in the BI’s blacklist, barring any future attempts to re-enter the country,” stated the BI at the time.

Following the news, Pokwang said in an interview that she was “relieved” her ex-partner had been officially deported, adding that it was “an answered prayer.”

Despite O’Brian being out of the country, the Kapuso actress continues to ask him for child support.

Pokwang and O’Brian had been in a six-year relationship before confirming their separation in July 2022. They share one daughter, Malia.
