The third installment of the GMA Gala is confirmed to return sometime this year, as announced by the Kapuso talent agency Sparkle GMA Center on social media.
On its Instagram account on Wednesday, May 8, Sparkle GMA uploaded a short clip announcing the return of the gala which featured the network’s biggest talents, as well as other stars who appear on its shows.
“The highly-anticipated event in the entertainment industry is back! #GMAGala2024,” the caption on its post read.
The second edition of the GMA Gala, which was held at the Marriott Hotel in Newport Pasay City in July last year, was graced by the network’s biggest celebrities including Heart Evangelista, Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, Barbie Forteza, David Licauco, Dennis Trillo, Jennylyn Mercado, Bianca Umali, Ruru Madrid, Kylie Padilla, Michelle Dee, Julie Anne San Jose, and Rayver Cruz, to name a few.
It was also a milestone for the Kapuso network as the mainstay hosts of Kapamilya noontime show “It’s Showtime” such as Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis, as well as “Unbreak My Heart” lead star Joshua Garcia also attended the star-studded event.
With “It’s Showtime” airing on GMA’s noontime slot, there’s a possibility that they will once again attend the gala.
Details about the gala’s date, theme, and venue are yet to be announced, as of press time.
