Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios to hold motorcade on May 5

Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios today gamely engaged with Filipino bloggers and the media in a Presscon at Kao Manila.

Filipino pageant fans may have the chance to see reigning Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios in person as the Nicaraguan beauty is set to have a motorcade over the weekend.

The Miss Universe Philippines Organization (MUPH) shared on social media that the international titleholder will have a motorcade at the Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City on May 5.

“Philippines! Let’s show Miss Universe 2023 SHEYNNIS PALACIOS, and the Universe, the warm welcome Filipinos are famous for! Join us in a grand WELCOME MOTORCADE for our reigning Queen!” MUPH said on social media.

The parade is scheduled to start at 5 P.M., but the starting point and route have not been released as of this writing.

Palacios arrived in the Philippines on May 1 from Thailand. The visit is part of her Asian tour that also took her to Laos, Cambodia, and China.

She is also the third reigning Miss Universe titleholder in a row to visit Manila, following 2021 queen Harnaaz Sandhu, and 2022 winner R’Bonney Gabriel.

MUPH said that Palacios will take part in Miss Universe Philippines activities while she is in the country. The queen is scheduled to leave on May 7.

Palacios is also scheduled to visit India, according to Miss Universe Organization owner Anne Jakrajutatip.
