“Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino brought relief to her fans after she was recently spotted looking much healthier in a new video amid her battle with autoimmune diseases.

In the TikTok video uploaded by Mayor Vilma Caluag of San Fernando, Pampanga, Aquino was captured smiling and enthusiastically talking about her sweater that says, “You deserve to be happy,” as they celebrated her youngest son Bimby’s 17th birthday in the United States, where the actress-host is now based.

In the video, Aquino also discussed how she and Caluag met, which was almost a year ago.

“We’re very, very happy with our friend. Ten months ago, nakilala namin si Mayor Vilma,” she said.

On April 19, Friday, Aquino penned an emotional birthday message to Bimby, admitting that she cried non-stop as she feared that she wouldn’t reach her son’s 18th birthday due to her declining health.

“I’m sorry for showing weakness yesterday when I cried nonstop because of my fear that I may not be around to be with you on your 18th birthday,” she said. “No matter how much physical pain I endure daily, my heart overflows with love because of your caring, selfless, unconditional love.”

On her previous birthday, February 14, Aquino opened up that the next 6 months would be crucial for her as she has a “very strong chance of having cardiac arrest” anytime as she’s set to undergo hospitalization for a new treatment.
