Henry Cavill confirmed that he is going to be a father, saying he and his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso are very excited to welcome their first child.
The celebrity couple were earlier spotted in public, with the “Man of Steel” actor assisting Viscuso whose baby bump was visibly seen in her black body-con dress.
Cavill then made the pregnancy confirmation in an interview with “Access Hollywood” at the sidelines of the premiere of his film “Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare” on Monday, April 15.
The topic was brought up after Cavill was asked if his co-star and celebrity dad Henry Golding “[inspired him] to take on fatherhood in [his] next chapter.”
“I mean, he didn’t inspire me to do that—my parents did. But, I’m very excited about it,” he told the TV program. “Natalie and I are both very excited. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that.”
Cavill and Viscuso, who is a Hollywood producer, made their relationship public in April 2021 by showing through their respective Instagram pages a photo of them playing chess.
The pair then marked their red-carpet debut during the premiere of Cavill’s film “Enola Holmes 2” in October 2022.
