Despite their recent breakup, Dominic Roque was spotted accidentally showing his phone wallpaper which is still the photo of his former fiancée, actress Bea Alonzo.
In a video uploaded by Facebook user Bonal Robel on Thursday, April 11, Roque was taking a video of himself with the audience, holding his phone in his other hand which suddenly flashed his lockscreen that showed the image of the Kapuso actress with her dog.
Netizens have also noticed that Roque’s recent Instagram post included a picture of Alonzo’s dog lying on a couch, sparking rumors that the two may have rekindled their romance.

On Feb. 11, the two announced the end of their engagement without indicating the reason, after they were hounded by separation rumors fueled by allegations concerning the actor’s sexuality and social status.
“Some even confirmed our break-up without our consent, and some created ridiculous stories that had no basis and were utterly false, so we felt the need to share this announcement with great sadness, for our peace of mind and our families,” they wrote in a joint statement on Instagram at the time.
Before their shared announcement, renowned host Boy Abunda initially confirmed on his show “Fast Talk” that the two had separated after three years of being a couple.
Alonzo and Roque revealed their relationship in 2021, then announced their engagement two years later. In the course of their relationship, the ex-couple shared with their fans their travel and sweet moments on their Instagram accounts and YouTube vlogs.
Despite originally discussing and sharing their wedding plans with the public, the “One More Chance” actress piqued the netizens’ curiosity after she said in her interview with the press that she had no wedding plans yet, saying, “I’ll tell you kapag meron na akong idea. Right now, wala pa,” adding that she and Roque were busy with finalizing their wedding plans.
Days after the interview, the two announced their separation.
