What do Sunshine Cruz-Montano, Ara Mina and China Cojuangco have in common?

They have new “babies” that will delight the public as well.

FEATURED STORIES

Sunshine is selling some of her designer bags via her cousin-in-law Glenda Cruz’s Facebook site, Authentic Closet.

“I always give away some of my old bags,” Shine said. “And I also sell a few of them. But I leave the haggling to my cousin. It gives me a headache.”

I can imagine her hubby Buboy smiling, because he will now have more closet space.

Ara’s baked goodies

Ara has ventured into baking cookies, pastries and cakes which she branded Hazelberry Baked Goodies (for orders contact 0917-8450579  or [email protected]).

I teased Ara: Are her newly acquired culinary skills in preparation for settling down?  “Kinda,” she said flashing her trademark bedimpled smile.  This killer smile and her to- die-for pastries are quite a formidable combination.

China at BF’s resto

China is helping out her beau, chef Gino Gonzales, in his new Mexican restaurant, La Taqueria Amiga Mia (93-B Scout Castor, Quezon City).

Gino’s dad, chef Gene Gonzales, has created an assortment of hot sauces especially for the restaurant to go with comfort-food types of dishes.

“Our very first guest in the resto was the brother of Juday, Jeffrey Santos,” China said in her typical delightful manner.

Iza’s new love

Even without makeup, Iza Calzado does not look her age at all. Aside from the Myra Holistic Skin Care System that she religiously sticks to, another factor is her new inspiration. She was spotted with a gorgeous foreigner during her birthday on August 12.

When I asked Iza about that, she said, “I had a great birthday weekend and maybe the glow comes from the possibility of a newfound love.”

May that love be your birthday wish come true, Iza!

Internet TV show

Robin Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez finally have a name for their Internet TV show, “LOL (Love On-Line),” which can be seen on www.ustream.tv/channel/pinoyrealtv.

“In this world of exclusive dating and live-in arrangements, we like to inspire people by telling them that love really exists,” Mariel said, “and by showing our day-to-day love story as it unfolds. With Binoe, every day is an adventure.”

How did she manage to “tame” Robin? Mariel said, “I guess that when we met, he had mellowed and wanted to settle down. Had I met him during his so-called Bad Boy days, I don’t think I would have survived. But that’s all in the past. We have a long journey to take together. I am not afraid because I know he will be there beside me.”
