Kakai Bautista thankful for ‘low-maintenance’ friendship with Kathryn Bernardo

Kakai Bautista is one of the many celebrities who expressed their love for Kathryn Bernardo on her 28th birthday, with Bautista thanking her “Hello, Love, Goodbye” co-star for their longstanding “low-maintenance” friendship.
Bautista is among the stars invited to Bernardo’s birthday party in El Nido, Palawan, which also included Jericho Rosales, Alden Richards, Alora Sasam, Maymay Entrata, and Dominic Roque.
The actress-comedienne took to her Instagram page on Sunday, March 31 to share how her friendship with Bernardo has been a “blessing from God,” while sharing glimpses of the latter’s party.
In one part of the video, the “A Very Good Girl” star was seen jumping in delight after blowing the candles on her cake.
“A low maintenance friendship is a blessing from God. Maraming salamat, Lord, at andito pa din kame. Parang walang panahon na lumipas kapag nagsasama-sama. Ganito pa din kami,” she wrote, as she hoped their co-stars Joross Gamboa and a certain “Kuya Jeff” would’ve made it.

Bautista also expressed hope God would bless Bernardo with guidance and love, saying it helps her to “go and grow.”
“Ang prayer namin sa aming Katreng, bai, my Ga (friend), at Chandria (Bernardo’s second name) naway lagi mo siyang gabayan at yakapin dahil kahit maraming nagmamahal sa kanya, mas mananaig ang pag-ibig Mo. It will keep her going and growing,” she said.
“We love you, Katreng, to the moon and back. Your existence is a gift,” she further said.

Bautista’s post caught the attention of Bernardo’s mother Min in the comments, who referred to the former as one of the actress’ “forever friends.”
