The late director Maryo Delos Reyes described Boiser as “one of the few actresses who understood well the concept of ensemble acting.”

Because of her talent in acting and singing, Boiser started as a member of Star Circle Batch 9 of ABS-CBN, but she bowed from the limelight in recent years before going back to her hometown in Bohol.

Because of her prowess in comedy, ABS-CBN cast her on “Oki Doki Doc,” a sitcom topbilled by Aga Muhlach. She also appeared singing in different shows like ASAP and Masayang Tanghali Bayan (MTB), while doing commercials on the side.

In 2006, Boiser appeared on ABS-CBN’s teleserye “Calla Lily” led by fellow Star Circle Quest star Sharlene San Pedro. After a brief hiatus, she made a showbiz comeback in 2010 in GMA’s “Diva,” the first-ever kantaserye topbilled by Regine Velasquez, in which she played Sister Bertha. She also appeared in “Dwarfina” and “Munting Heredera.”
