Leren Bautista didn’t hesitate to find light in her five-year age difference with her boyfriend Ricci Rivero, as she showed her support for the baller in his first PBA All-Star Game.
The 25-year-old Rivero confirmed his relationship with Bautista, who is five years his senior, in October 2023. His confirmation came in light of the cheating and third-party allegations hounding the basketball player with his ex-girlfriend Andrea Brillantes.
On her Instagram page on Tuesday, March 26, Bautista shared glimpses of her boyfriend in his participation at the PBA All-Star Games in Bacolod while addressing herself as his “nanay, tita, and ante” (mother, elder sister, aunt).
“Congratulations on your first PBA All-Star Game my love @ricciiirivero. You being the only rookie who played during the All-Star Game was something else,” she wrote. “We are so proud of you. From your Nanay, Tita, and Ante all in one.”
This is not the first time that Bautista poked fun at their age difference, which stemmed from the remarks made by their bashers. In a “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” interview in February 2024, Bautista said she didn’t mind her five-year age difference with Rivero as his maturity goes beyond his age.
The baller, on the other hand, hoped that his relationship with the beauty queen-turned-politician would blossom into a much bigger “commitment” such as marriage.
