Filipino pop group BINI and G22 will raise the flag as they were confirmed to take part in the Chinese survival show “Show It All,” which is hosted and produced by EXO’s Lay Zhang.

The P-pop girl groups’ appearance was confirmed on their respective social media accounts on Tuesday, March 26. BINI and G22’s roles in the show are yet to be revealed, but it has been speculated that their appearances would be crucial to the trainees’ growth.

“Ni hao (hello)! Get ready to dazzle on the global stage! Join us at #ShowItAll, where girl groups from around the world unite in a spectacular performance exchange,” BINI wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Meanwhile, G22 invited their fans to “catch [their] stage” in the Chinese show.

“We’re takin’ over now! Catch our stage at ‘Show It All,’ a performance exchange program shared with girl groups all over the world,” they said. “‘Show It All,’ here we come! Hello world! Catch our stage at ‘Show It All’ this April.”

BINI and G22 will be joined by fellow girl groups Dolla from Malaysia, Pixxie from Thailand, and Boys World from the US, as seen in a teaser.

“Show It All” is a Chinese survival show produced by Chromosome Entertainment, which Zhang founded. The show aims to develop a set of female trainees with their music, dance, and performance skills who want to be part of a girl group.

The show, hosted by the EXO member, will premiere its first episode on March 28 on the China-based MangoTV app.

BINI is an eight-member girl group consisting of Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, and Sheena. Also known as the “Nation’s Girl Group,” they’re best known for their hit songs “Pantropiko,” “Lagi,” “Na Na Na,” “Karera,” and “Salamin, Salamin,” just to name a few.

The octet, which debuted in June 2021, was recently awarded the Rising Star award at the Billboard Philippines Women of Music ceremony in Taguig.

On the other hand, G22 made their debut as a four-piece act in February 2022 with the single “Bang!” They have since been promoting as a trio with the members AJ, Alfea, Jaz.

Dubbed the “Female Alphas of P-pop,” the girl group also released the singles “Boomerang,” “Defy,” “Takin’ Over,” “Musika,” “Loka,” and “Babalik.”
