Kathryn Bernardo seems to be collecting not just local but also international endorsements, as she was announced as the first ever Filipino celebrity to become the ambassador of a French luxury beauty brand in the country.
The award-winning actress revealed this by showing herself glowing and blushing in pink, through her Instagram page on Monday, March 25, a day before her 28th birthday.
“Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not allowed to redefine who you are. Everyone’s a work in progress. Here’s to you—because you can be your own Idôle,” she captioned her post.
Fans and fellow celebrities were in awe of Bernardo’s latest achievement, also sending their birthday greetings through the comments section. The actress’ mom, Min, also expressed gratitude and regarded the endorsement as a “happy birthday gift” for Bernardo.

This is just among the several recent endorsements of Bernardo, who has entered her “solo era” following her breakup with actor Daniel Padilla.
Some of the brands Bernardo has recently worked with include a canned good product; a fast food chain which she previously endorsed with Padilla; as well as a coffee product which is a competitor of a coffee brand she also endorsed with Padilla before.
Meanwhile, Padilla, despite their breakup, marked Bernardo’s birthday with what appears to be a greeting to the actress through his Instagram Stories. The post includes a pixelated photo of the actress and a “Happy birthday” written in Japanese.
