Andi Eigenmann took with her some of her mom Jaclyn Jose’s cremated remains when she returned home to Siargao, her half-brother Gabby Eigenmann disclosed.

Gabby said this after he was asked if the veteran actress’ ashes is with Andi on the island, as per a report from Bandera on Friday, March 22.

“But syempre ‘yung buong urn nasa columbarium na,” he clarified. “Pero ‘yun nga, meron silang maliliit na [lalagyan]. I think sa sister (former actress Veronica Jones), si Gwen, tsaka si Andi.”

Gabby added that Andi’s eldest daughter Ellie also keeps a necklace whose pendant has ashes of Jose. “Just to remember her—parang palagi rin nilang kasama [si Jaclyn] kahit saan sila magpunta.”

Gabby further stated that Andi and Gwen are currently spending quality time together on Siargao before the lattermost leaves for the United States, where he is based.

“I’m sure they’re having the time of their lives, being together, kasi matagal din silang hindi nagkita. Though, they are talking naman, nag-uusap sila sa telepono, nagpe-Facetime naman sila,” Gabby said.

Jose died of a heart attack on March 2 at the age of 60. The award-winning actress was brought to her final resting place last March 10.
