Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna have welcomed their second child Thia Marceline to the Christian world in an intimate gathering attended by family and friends.
Thia’s godparents Ciara Sotto and Joy Sotto gave a glimpse of the event through their respective Instagram posts, which Luna shared through her Instagram Stories.
“Dear Mochi/Thia Marceline, I’m so happy and blessed to be one of your godmothers. I promise to always be here for you and Tali, and your mom and dad,” Ciara wrote in the caption.
“You are a wonderful gift from God. I pray that you will grow up bringing glory to Him and shining bright for Jesus. I love you so much! Love, Ninang Nene,” she added.
Joy, for her part, described Thia as “God’s perfect gift from above.”
“A special day for our beautiful Tia (Mochi),” she said of the baptism event. “You are the answered prayer we’ve all been waiting for! We will always be here for you, baby girl. You are truly God’s perfect gift from above.”
Also present at the family event were Tito Sotto and his wife Helen Gamboa; Vic’s children Vico Sotto, Paulina Sotto, Danica Sotto and her husband Marc Pingris, as well as Oyo Sotto who came with his actress wife Kristine Hermosa, her sister Kathleen and her non-showbiz husband.
Luna and Vic tied the knot in January 2016 and welcomed their firstborn Tali a year later. Luna gave birth to Thia last Jan. 23 through Cesarean section.
