Vice Ganda warns vs scammers claiming to be part of his team
Vice Ganda reminded the public to be cautious as he informed them that there have been scammers introducing themselves as part of the comedian’s team and offering vlog collaborations.
Through his Facebook page on Tuesday, Feb. 27, the “It’s Showtime” host showed a screenshot of messages from a certain “Peach,” who “invited” the receiver to a supposed collaboration with the comedian.
The sender further noted that the receiver must wear an “unkabogable outfit” and go to the address that they would send.
“‘WAG MAGPAPA-SCAM,” Vice Ganda said in the caption. (Don’t be a victim to this scam.)
“‘Wag agad magpapaniwala sa mga ganitong messages! Walang ‘Peach’ sa team namin,” he added. “Kung may kakausap man sa inyo, ‘yun ay ang official accounts ng Team Vice!”

Meanwhile, Vice Ganda recently offered to pay for the schooling of an “It’s Showtime” segment searchee, 21-year-old Nami, who stopped pursuing her college education due to lack of financial support.
“Ginawa din naman kasi sa akin ‘yon; tinulungan lang din naman ako,” Vice Ganda said. “Nandito ako dahil marami din namang tumulong sa akin and I acknowledge that.”
(I also experienced receiving help from others. I am where I am because a lot of people helped me and I acknowledge that.)
“And now that I have the chance, I will be of help and of support also to those who are in need of it,” he added.
