Following the backlash she received from selling her “abused” and “overpriced” preowned items, Carla Abellana shared some positive reviews she got from her buyers.

On Instagram, the Kapuso actress posted some screenshots of the conversation between her and her buyers, who appeared “satisfied” with the prices and condition of them.

In one of the screenshots, a buyer assured the Kapuso star that her prices are reasonable: “Your prices are fair. They’re not too expensive. So go on. Mabibili pa ‘yan sa mga alam ang real value ng items,” said the buyer, to which Abellana replied, “Sold na po sila. Mga 80% po.”

In another screenshot, the “Stolen Life” actress shared a discussion between herself and another buyer, offering them a refund if they felt unsatisfied with the condition of the item.

“Ang dami po kasi namimintas na pangit po mga gamit ko, gamit na gamit, basura, hindi na dapat binebenta. So para hindi po kayo ma-disappoint lalo, ipa-check ko po muna sainyo. I will understand po if you want a refund instead po,” said Abellana.

“Will get po ms Carla. And as to price mo po, okay naman po talaga. Na-check ko din ‘yung iba mo pong gamit. Option po talaga if mag buy,” responded the buyer.

In a few more conversations, some other buyers were updating the actress that they had received the items and extending remarks of appreciation.

At the time that netizens pointed out that some of her items needed “cleaning” and “lowered prices,” Abellana lamented on her social media, saying that “people can be mean.”

In her interview with 24 Oras after drawing flak, the actress justified that she’s pricing the items based on their condition.

“I would sell something na much less naman than how much I got it for, ‘di ba? Lalo na dahil ‘yung condition niya—depende din doon,” she said.
