“Lalisa Manobal is a rapper, singer, and dancer best known as Lisa, a member of the globally renowned K-pop girl group Blackpink,” her agency LLOUD said in a statement. “Along with her unparalleled stage presence, she is known for her unique fashion sense and trendsetting style, making her a prominent figure in the global fashion industry.”

“The White Lotus” season three will be filmed in Phuket, Bangkok, and Koh Samui in Thailand sometime in February.

The comedy series centers around a fictional, “idyllic” White Lotus resort which becomes the resting place of guests and employees going through psychosocial disorders.

Lisa is the third Blackpink member who will debut as an actress after Jisoo and Jennie. Earlier this month, she announced that she joined the entertainment agency LLOUD, which is put up by the K-pop superstar herself.

She debuted as the main dancer, lead rapper, and vocalist of Blackpink in August 2016. She made her solo debut in September 2021 with her first single album “Lalisa.”
