Jenna Ortega was ‘comfortable’ doing X-rated age-gap scene in ‘Miller’s Girl’
Jenna Ortega received reactions of outrage from fans over her explicit scene in the newly released movie “Miller’s Girl,” although the movie’s intimacy supervisor said Ortega was “sure” she wanted to do the scene.
In an exclusive report by Daily Mail UK, the movie’s intimacy director, Kristina Arjona, revealed the American actress had insisted there were no boundaries that had been violated.
“There [were] many, many people throughout this process, engaging with [Jenna] to make sure that it was consistent with what she was comfortable with, and she was very determined and very sure of what she wanted to do,” said the intimacy coordinator.
Arjona emphasized that security is important in implementing such scenes, “Part of my job too is supporting her decisions. I adapt to whatever is the comfort level of my actors, especially on a production like this where there is a large age gap between the actors.”
The intimacy supervisor stressed that she takes into consideration the comfort of her artists by asking for their consent to do such racy scenes.

And again, making sure—especially with someone who’s significantly younger—that they are giving continuous consent,” she affirmed.

The “Wednesday” star, who is now 21, reportedly filmed the X-rated scene when she was just 19, which caused discomfort among the audience when they watched how intensely intimate the scene was. Freeman is now 52.
Viewers took to X (formerly Twitter) to lament the sex scene, saying how “gross” and uncomfortable the scene made them feel.
“That Jenna Ortega Martin Freeman clip might be the worst thing I’ve ever seen” said one user, while another wrote, ”I think I am finally done watching these age gap movies. They are all gross and I am tired of it.”
