Pauleen Luna gets sentimental on ‘probably last’ pregnancy: ‘Blessed to carry another child’

Pauleen Luna-Sotto, who suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), spoke about being blessed with another child despite her health condition, saying this might be her last pregnancy.
The celebrity mom showed a selfie she took apparently a day before her due date, via her Instagram page on Monday, Jan. 22.
“Today, I took my last (probably, ever) pregnant selfie. Yes, it sure is a sentimental feeling but I feel extremely blessed to be able to carry another child despite my condition,” she said in the caption.
“All glory and praise goes to our one and only Lord for blessing us with this child. Ikaw lang talaga ito, Panginoon, wala ng iba pa. I couldn’t have carried her to term without Your protection and guidance oh Lord,” she continued, also thanking her “prayer warriors” for being with her family throughout her pregnancy.
Luna then addressed Tali, her firstborn with her husband Vic Sotto, thanking the six-year-old child for “giving [her] purpose and meaning.”
“To my dear Tali, I know this is something new and things might be a little different but know that you will always be mommy’s first. It was just you and me for 6 years and you have taught me SO MUCH,” Luna told her daughter.
“Maybe you would think that oftentimes you needed your mom but it was really me who needed you most of the time,” she added. “Thank you for making me a very happy mommy.”
Luna also included a message for Sotto, whom she described as her “ever supportive and loving husband.”
“I look at you now as I type these words and my heart is just filled with love and gratitude. Mahal na mahal kita. Habang buhay,” she vowed.
Luna concluded her post by addressing the baby in her womb as “Mochi,” saying she can’t wait to “hug and kiss [the latter] tomorrow.” “You are yet another answered prayer in our lives! I’m so excited to make memories with you and your ate and dad. I love you!”

Luna and Sotto got married in January 2016, then welcomed Tali in November 2017. The family of three earlier went on a vacation with their house helpers in Laguna.
Luna’s second pregnancy was confirmed to the public in July last year. The couple also revealed through a party that they would be having a baby girl.
