Sarah Lahbati, who has yet to confirm speculations of her separation from actor Richard Gutierrez, revealed that she had moved into a new home as she “switched up the mood for 2024.”
The actress gave a glimpse of her new place, which has a high ceiling and is still unfurnished, as seen on her Instagram page on Wednesday, Jan. 10. The actress was with her Moroccan dad Abdel during the moving-in process.
“Switching up the mood for 2024. PS: looking for an interior designer I can work with,” she said in the caption, thanking a relocation services company for its efficient help to her.
Fellow celebrities Sofia Andres, Chie Filomeno, Ellen Adarna and Kyline Alcantara cheered for Lahbati, alongside fans who expressed their admiration for the actress.

While Lahbati and Gutierrez—who have two sons together, namely Zion and Kai—have yet to publicly speak about their rumored separation, eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the pair have already unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Meanwhile, Gutierrez earlier sparked dating rumors with actress Barbie Imperial after the two of them were spotted together at a bar. A source close to the actor dismissed these rumors through comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz.
