Jayda Avanzado shared one of her big girl moves this year after buying her first ever condominium, calling it her investment.
On Instagram, the 20-year-old announced she bought her own condominium unit that she intends to furnish, as she shared some photos of her posing and holding her new place’s keys.
“Starting the year with some fulfillment: my first big girl purchase & investment of 2024! My own condo unit. A lot of work to do to make it more my own but here’s to new beginnings!” she wrote.
Jayda is the only child of singers Jessa Zaragoza and Dingdong Avanzado. As their unica hica started her road to independence, the proud parents expressed their joy for their daughter.
“We are so so proud of you anak, sa pagsusumikap mo sa trabaho at sa pag-iipon. May God bless you more! Congrats!” wrote her mother, Jessa.
Meanwhile, Dingdong reminded his daughter to trust the process and extended his happiness to see Jayda’s hard work pay off.
“I am beyond proud. I am so thankful for all the blessings. I know the hard work you’ve put into achieving your goals in life. Always remember, it’s not a sprint… It’s a marathon. Run the race well and trust God for the results. To Him be all the glory. Love you my child,” he wrote.
Jayda is currently following in her parents’ footsteps as she pursues a career in music and, so far, has already released a few hits of her own, such as “Happy For You” and “Coffee.”
She has also done music collaborations with Darren Espanto and Jeremy G.
Jayda made her acting debut in the series “Teen Clash” along with Aljon Mendoza and Markus Paterson in 2023.
