Doug Kramer gave fans a peek at the ongoing construction of their new home, which is part of their “build and sell passion project.”
The house already has posts and retaining walls for its basement level, as seen on his Instagram page last Friday, Jan. 5.
“Retaining walls have been established. Time to go up 1 floor at a time to the 4th level!” he said, showing a photo of him at the construction site.
“Behind me is the basement Mancave with a billiard table and lounge area, a wine cellar, theater, playroom and more! I’m actually standing on a fill which will serve as an elevated pool to have a great vantage point for the Metro Manila skyline view,” he added, giving more details on the features of their new house.
Doug also hinted that the pre-selling of the property will be up soon. “Our project continues.”

Doug and his wife, Chesca, announced in July 2022 that they would be building another house that would be for “another family (investor) in the near future.”
Doug said they came up with their “build and sell passion project” after their house tour vlog received positive comments, with netizens saying that the couple’s house was a “dream home.”
Doug and Chesca, along with their three kids—Kendra, Scarlett and Gavin—had a groundbreaking ceremony for the project in April 2023.
