Niana Guerrero still in disbelief after being noticed by BTS’ Jungkook on Tiktok
Not everyone is blessed with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of interacting with their favorite K-pop idols. Others never have the chance to meet them at all. So for Niana Guerrero, being noticed by BTS’ Jungkook on Tiktok—several times, in fact—felt like a “crazy” moment for her.
Apart from her dance performances on Tiktok, Guerrero caught the attention of netizens after her covers of the songs “Seven” and “3D” were applauded by the singer himself. Jungkook eventually followed the content creator on the platform in what seemed to be his show of appreciation toward the latter.
“Do I consider myself as the luckiest Jungkook fangirl? Ohmigosh. Seriously, it’s crazy. Until now, I’m still shocked,” she said on the sidelines of Tiktok Creators Night last December, when INQUIRER.net asked her thoughts on being the “luckiest Jungkook fangirl.”

Guerrero’s dance prowess didn’t just pique Jungkook’s interest on social media. Her videos also earned the nods of celebrities including South Korean rapper Lee Young-ji, Treasure’s Jihoon and Yoshi, and American pop star Sabrina Carpenter.

Bias ko kasi talaga si (My bias is really) Jungkook,” she said, using a term used to refer to one’s favorite member of a K-pop or P-pop group.
The content creator also shared that she used to express her admiration for Jungkook to her cousins, noting they’re big fans of BTS as well.
“It’s kind of surreal kasi dati sinasabi ko lang sa mga pinsan ko na bias ko si Jungkook (because I used to tell my cousins that Jungkook is my bias), and they fangirl over BTS. It’s crazy because he would comment on my stuff, even if he only says ‘Yeah,’” she said.
While Guerrero always turned to dancing since she was younger, she’s open to pursuing different fields—as she pointed out that no one knows what can happen in the future.
“Ever since I was little, it’s always been dancing. Whenever music plays, my body just dances. Right now, I’m just going with the flow where life takes me. I’m always open [to anything]. We never know what happens,” she said.
Jungkook, who dropped his first album “Golden” in November last year, has been fulfilling his mandatory military service since December. He is set to be discharged in June of 2025.
