Xian Lim wishes Kim Chiu to 'find happiness, love' after splitXian Lim

After Kim Chiu’s confirmation of their split, Xian Lim finally spoke up on the matter, thanking the actress-TV host for her “unconditional love throughout the years.”

Lim penned an open letter to Chiu via his Instagram page on Saturday, Dec. 23, a few minutes after the latter’s breakup announcement.

“Dearest Kim, thank you for the long years we have spent loving each other. The 12 years of my life with you was the best gift I could ever ask for,” he addressed Chiu.

“We have expressed our love for each other to the fullest and knowing that I got to share those moment with you, knowing our hearts beat as one at one point in our lives is truly something I will cherish for life,” he continued.

Lim underscored that while all good things eventually come to an end, he’s grateful for the moments they shared together. He then wished for Chiu to find “all the happiness and love” she is searching for.

“Thank you for all the unconditional love throughout the years. My respect and admiration for you as a person, as an artist, and as some one I spent more than a decade with will always remain,” he wrote. “I wish that you will find all the happiness and love you are searching for. You deserve nothing but the best.”

“No goodbyes here, i’ll see you around petunia,” he concluded.

The former couple opted not to disclose the reason for their breakup.
