Jamela Santos, the talent manager of the late Ronaldo Valdez, was furious as she addressed the “cruel” people behind the circulating video concerning the veteran actor’s death.

Santos appealed to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to look into the matter and urged netizens to mass report the video, via her Instagram and Facebook pages on Tuesday, Dec. 19. The video appears to have been taken by one of the policemen who responded to a call following the discovery of Valdez’s body inside his room on Dec. 17.

“Mga [hayop] kayo! Magtutuos tayo pagkatapos ko magluksa,” Santos said, addressing those who disrespected Valdez’s legacy. (You are all cruel! I will face you after I grieve.)

“Why [can people] be so cruel! I can’t believe it! Ano, para maka-scoop kayo? Para mag-trending kayo? (So you can have a scoop and be trending?) How can you be so low! Mga walang respeto! (You have no respect [for the dead]!)” she added.

Santos further stressed that Valdez, whom she described as a good and brilliant man, does not deserve to be a subject of disrespect.

“Babalik sa inyo lahat ng ginawa niyo! (Everything you’ve done will haunt you back!) It’s just a matter of time,” she warned.

In separate posts, Santos reminisced on her moments together with Valdez and showed glimpses of his wake.
