Since the birth of Anne Curtis’ daughter Dahlia, the actress and her husband, Filipino-French chef Erwan Heussaff, have been sharing with fans some of their tender family moments.

Given that Dahlia is adorable in her own right, netizens enjoy some of her photos and videos online and want to take pictures with the toddler when they spot her in person.

However, the “It’s Showtime” host said that if Dahlia doesn’t want to take pictures with the fans, they will not try to force it on her, especially as they also try to be more cautious when posting their daughter online.

“We make a conscious effort not to post her all the time. I know you guys understand why. And for those who happen to bump into us in public places and ask for photos with her, I always ask you to ask her first. If she says ‘no’, I hope you understand. Walang pilitan, syempre.” said the actress on her Instagram broadcast channel.

However, Curtis claimed that if it is on her, she always tries to say yes to the fans who would want to take a picture with her daughter, unless she is occupied with her motherly duties and could not to be interrupted.

“But if it’s me, I always say yes, naman! Basta hindi ako in the middle of a literal na ‘mothering’ moment. Because at the end of the day, ‘yun na po top priority ko,” said the actress.

The multimedia superstar recently held a concert in California and became the most-followed Instagram user in the Philippines after hitting 20 million followers.

“There are 20 million of you here, my dearest IG family! What a way to end this LA tour! Big kisses to all of you!!” she wrote on her Instagram.

Curtis also confirmed on her social media platforms that the Hong Kong branch of Madame Tussauds will feature a wax figure of her.

Anne and Erwan got married in 2017 and welcomed Dahlia in 2020.
