Abraham Lawyer, Michelle Dee’s younger half-brother, gathers attention online

As Michelle Dee gained international attention in her recent pageant journey in Miss Universe 2023, where she received four special awards and finished in the Top 10, her younger half-brother Abraham Lawyer is also gathering online attention after his TikTok viral video.
As seen in the video, Lawyer interacted with fans, giving out banners outside the venue of the 2023 Miss Universe in El Salvador. He was with his mother, 1979 Miss International Melanie Marquez. The family was in full support of the actress-beauty queen as she represented the Philippines in the competition.
The netizens couldn’t help but gush over the young guy, seeing him as so supportive of his sister and as having the good-looking genes that run in the family. Some fans pointed out his resemblance to Hollywood actor Theo James.
Some other TikTok users said that Lawyer’s looks are something that you can imagine in books or on Wattpad; they even joked that his mother, Marquez, would say to them, “Sampung milyon layuan mo anak ko.”

The said TikTok video has garnered 1.5 million views, almost 160K likes and 1K comments. Lawyer, who goes by the nickname Abe, is Marquez’s son with estranged American husband and ranch owner Adam Lawyer.
Abe has been doing modeling and runway gigs, and appeared in a 2020 ad of fashion brand Bench. He was also a professional tennis player, competing in tournaments here and abroad.

Meanwhile, Philippine bet Dee is an advocate for autism awareness and mental health education, as her two other brothers, Adam and Mazen, both belong on the autism spectrum.
“These are my two brothers, individuals on the spectrum. This is Adam, my younger brother, and this is Mazen, my older brother as well. This is why I advocate for autism awareness because my brothers needed it and everyone on the spectrum needs it too,” said Dee in her “Her Story” video on March 10.
