Vice Ganda and Billy Crawford—who sparked feud allegations in 2019—put their differences behind them as they reconciled on “It’s Showtime’s” “Magpasikat” segment.
The actor-comedian revealed that he and Crawford are already “okay” during the noontime show’s Nov. 9 episode after the singer-dancer, his wife Coleen Garcia and their son Amari made a special appearance on Vice Ganda’s performance.

“Lingid sa kaalaman niyo, okay na kami ni Billy. Dahil ang concept [ng performance] ay healing, bigla kong naisip na ‘I think hindi lang natin sinasabi ‘yung salitang ‘healing,’ pinaparamdam din natin.’ Billy’s presence here today and the Madlang People knowing na we are okay, baka ma-inspire kayo dito na mag-heal din,” he said.
(In case you didn’t know, Billy and I are okay. Since the concept of our performance [is] healing, I suddenly thought that we shouldn’t use healing not only through words but also actions. Billy’s presence here today and the Madlang People knowing we are okay might inspire you to heal as well.)
Vice Ganda said his friendship with Crawford meant a lot to him while noting that at the end of the day, they are still “best friends.”
“It’s about time na makipag-reconcile lalo na sa mga taong mahalaga sa inyo (It’s about time to reconcile with someone who’s important to you),” he said. “Because Billy [is] a very important person in my life. At the end of the day, you’re my best friend and I love you very much.”

‘Orchestrated by God’
For his part, Crawford revealed that his reconciliation with the actor-comedian is his father’s wish while noting it as a moment “orchestrated by God.”
“Marami akong realization these past [few] months… Hindi ko alam kung hanggang kailan ang daddy ko sa mundong ito. Pero ang bilin niya sa akin ay mag-ayos tayo,” he said. “Nu’ng sinabi ng daddy ko na part of it was beyond my control, it’s beyond Vice’s control din. [Pero] I think lahat ng ito ay orchestrated by God.”
(I realized a lot of things these past few months. I don’t know when my daddy will be around in this world. But he urged us to reconcile. My daddy also said that part of this was beyond my and Vice’s control. But I think everything was orchestrated by God.)
Crawford also apologized to “It’s Showtime’s” hosts and supporters, as he pointed out that the noontime show led him to meeting his wife and finding his own family.
“Para sa akin it really doesn’t matter kung saan ka. Mahal namin ang isa’t isa. Lahat ng pamilya nagka-kaaway, nagkaka-labuan, but at the end of the day, in God’s time, siya na rin ang bahalang mag-ayos,” he added.
(For me, it really doesn’t matter where you are. We love each other. All families fight and go through problems. But at the end of the day, in God’s time, He’s the one behind reconciliations.)
“On my end, I want to say I’m sorry. I’m sorry, Madlang People. I’m sorry, Kapamilya. Magpapakumbaba na po ako. Gagawin ko kasi ang lahat para sa aking pamilya (I’ll humble down. I’ll do everything for my family),” he further explained.
Crawford and Vice Ganda sparked allegations of a falling out after they unfollowed each other on Instagram in 2019. The singer-host departed from “It’s Showtime” in the same year.
In September, the “Voice Generations” coach admitted that his friendship with the noontime show’s hosts changed as they hardly had any time to “communicate.”
