Actress-comedienne Lovely Abella proved that motherhood is a battle worth conquering as she welcomed her son, Liam, through a postpartum photo while breastfeeding her little one.
On Instagram last Sept. 17, Sunday, Abella made a self-deprecating observation that it’s hard to make herself look beautiful in the picture as she needed to focus on her responsibilities as a new mother. She, however, didn’t state the exact date and time her son was born.
The actress revealed that the birth of her son came as a “surprise,” saying that she went through experiences that she didn’t face when her first child Crisha Kaye was born.
The Kapuso star also promised to provide more details of her experience in childbirth in an upcoming vlog, but that she just have to feed her bundle of joy.
Abella’s announcement was welcomed by fellow moms Kris Bernal, Iya Villania, Diana Zubiri, Vickie Rushton, and Chynna Ortaleza, as well as celebrities Carla Abellana, Shaira Diaz, and Kim Domingo, who all congratulated her in the comments.
Abella, who’s been married to Benj Manalo since 2021, confirmed that she’s expecting their first child together in January of this year.
