With no more baby plans, Beauty Gonzalez hopes to work with ‘baby boy’ Donny Pangilinan
Now that Beauty Gonzalez’s only child is 7 years old, some of her followers have been asking if she still has plans of having another baby.
Beauty, however, has already made up her mind: She’s happy and content with one kid. “I don’t feel bad at all… Sorry, hindi na talaga,” Beauty said to people urging her to give her daughter, Olivia, a sibling. “I feel like I’m already happy with one kid.”
“And I’m also a baby,” she added, laughing. “Gusto ko rin magpa-baby.”
Needless to say, her husband of six years, art curator Norman Crisologo, has been treating her like one. What piece of advice can she give to married couples?
“You do crazy things for each other. You won’t always agree with some of the things he wants, but you do it anyway,” she told reporters at her “Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis” costar Angel Leighton’s recent birthday party.

It has been two years since Beauty transferred to GMA 7 and she couldn’t be more thankful for the variety of roles and projects being given to her.
“I became multifaceted here; I’m being given different kinds of roles. In my very first project for the network, ‘Loving Miss Bridgette,’ I got paired with a younger guy, Kelvin Miranda, who, interestingly, now plays my brother in ‘Walang Matigas na Pulis.’ I’m so glad that fans get to see different sides of me here in GMA,” Beauty said.
She also welcomes the string of collaborations and crossovers among different television networks.
“I’m very happy because we all have one goal. So it’s nice that we’re able to collaborate with everyone. There are lots of talented people, but not everyone gets opportunities… But now that collaborations are happening, there will be more opportunities for talented people,” she said.
Asked which actors she would like to work with in the future, Joshua Garcia, Alden Richards and Donny Pangilinan top her list. “Joshua is hot right now. I would like to work with Alden. He’s very busy, but I hope I can squeeze [into his schedule],” she said.
“And why not Donny? He’s handsome and tall. It’s not every day you see someone tall, handsome, but also talented. So that’s a plus, plus, plus! Hi, baby boy!” Beauty quipped. INQ
