Issa Pressman undergoes operation for cyst on vocal cord
Issa Pressman disclosed that she will be going through a three-month vocal rehab as she underwent a surgery to remove a cyst on her vocal cord.
Issa gave fans an update on her health through a video shown on her Instagram page on Thursday, Aug. 3.
“I’m just posting this video to let everyone know that if in case you see me sitting in the corner, not being sociable, or just being quiet and not talking at all, that’s just because I am healing from an operation,” she began.
“I grew a cyst on my vocal cord that’s about to be removed. By the time that I upload this video, it’s already out and I’m already not allowed to talk for two weeks and I’m gonna be on vocal rest and vocal rehab for three months,” she continued.
During this period, Issa said she is not allowed to do “crazy talking” as well as singing.
Article continues after this advertisement“There’s a lot for the healing process but then it’s gonna be fun and I’m gonna be OK,” she assured fans. “I’m just letting you guys know just in case you think I’m sungit (cranky) or antisocial or whatever—this is my reason.”

Issa then received well-wishes from fans and fellow celebrities via the comments section.
Meanwhile, Issa celebrated her 26th birthday last June 3 with her loved ones including boyfriend James Reid, sister Yassi Pressman and actress Julia Barretto. /ra
