Marian Rivera and her kids prepared a surprise birthday celebration for Kapuso actor Dingdong Dantes, who also received a special dedication from his wife on Instagram.

On Wednesday, August 2, the “Royal Blood” actor marked his 43rd birthday, and was treated to a surprise breakfast party, highlighted by song numbers from his kids, Zia and Sixto.

In the TikTok video uploaded by the celebrant, the siblings are shown enjoying karaoke time, during which Sixto bravely covered Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” while his older sister Zia gave her rendition of “Easy on Me” by Adele.

The video also gave a glimpse of how affectionate the Dantes family members are toward one another, especially Rivera to her husband, as the actress showered him with hugs and kisses.

“Cheers to the most amazing husband on his special day! Happy birthday to the one who fills my life with love and happiness,” wrote Rivera, who shared how much she’s grateful to the Lord for blessing her with a partner with a good soul.

“I thank GOD every day for sending you into my life, my good-soul[ed] partner. Here’s to another year of laughter, adventures, and endless love. [emojis] Mahal kita nang todo (I love you very much)! #BlessedWithYou #LoveOfMyLife,” Rivera told her hubby of eight years.

On Instagram, Dantes also shared snaps from his song-filled surprise party, including photos of the kids who seem to enjoy singing together. In his post’s caption, Dantes seem to welcome and enjoy turning a year older, writing, “Embracing 43 with all the love and energy from my family!”

“They surprised me with a beautiful breakfast and an early Karaoke medley— huwaw (wow)!! @marianrivera [emoji],” he happily shared to his followers. Dantes would also celebrate his 43rd birthday with family and friends later in the day.

The couple, who have starred opposite each other in multiple movie and TV projects, are set to showcase their chemistry anew in the big screen via the upcoming Mae Cruz Alviar feature, “Rewind.” The film has recently been confirmed as an official entry to the 49th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
