Boy Abunda clarified that the recent meeting he and Bimby Aquino had with talent agency Cornerstone Entertainment was an “exploratory meeting,” wherein they discussed the possibilities of the celebrity offspring entering show business.
Abunda and Bimby had been seen together with Cornerstone Entertainment executives, which led some netizens to speculate that the young celebrity had signed a contract under the talent management.
The King of Talk then made a clarification on the matter through his show “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” last Wednesday, July 5.
“We had dinner; I hosted a dinner for Bimb,” Abunda began.
But it was more of an exploratory meeting,” he explained.
Abunda noted that the gathering was held with the consent of Bimby’s mom, Queen of All Media Kris Aquino, who has been in the United States for her medical treatment.
Abunda then underscored that he “represented Bimby as his guardian” during the exploratory meeting, and vowed that he would share to the public further developments on the matter.
Days after the said meeting, Bimby flew back to the US with his older brother Josh to reunite with their mom. /ra
