Kapamilya TV host-actress Melai Cantiveros visited Kris Aquino’s sons, Josh and Bimby, fulfilling a promise she made to the “Queen of All Media.”
In her Instagram post, Cantiveros uploaded snaps with the towering brothers, and shared a heartwarming photo of the two walking—with Bimby’s arm around his older brother’s waist and Josh’s around Bimby’s shoulder.
The “Magandang Buhay” host only had good words for the brothers. She described Bimby as “very gwapo (good-looking), sweet, responsible,” adding how she was amazed talking to the “mature” version of Bimby. “Grabe na amaze ako [kay] kuya Bimb sa mga sagot nya habang kausap ko [siya],” she shared. (Wow! I was amazed with kuya Bimb’s answers while we were conversing.)
Cantiveros also complimented 28-year-old Josh, saying how he has always been “very sweet” and that he is also “very loving.”
The mom of two girls also gave a shout-out to Aquino, who is receiving treatment for her autoimmune diseases in the United States.
“Ms. Kris, we miss you @krisaquino, pagaling ka [diyan] (get well) Ms. Kris,” said Cantiveros, who also told Aquino that she kept her promise to visit Bimby and Josh. “[S]ana next time makasama ka na namin [dito] sa [P]inas.” (Hopefully, next time, you’ll be able to join us here in the Philippines.)
The “Pinoy Big Brother” winner also praised Aquino for raising her sons well, expressing how amazed and proud she is of Aquino as a mother, seeing how both Josh and Bimby are kind, respectful and good sons.
On her Instagram Stories, Cantiveros also shared a photo of Bimby having a video call session with actress Kim Chiu who, Cantiveros shared, the 16-year-old misses. The comedian also said that they called others who Bimby misses as they remind him of his happy childhood.
Early this month, Bimby got to reunite with Josh, a few days after the latter’s birthday. Also, three days ago, Cornerstone Entertainment posted a picture of Bimby with some of the agency’s executives, who seemingly welcomed the “young star” to their family.
Cantiveros accompanied Aquino for multiple episodes of the now-defunct morning talk show “Kris TV,” which was replaced by “Magandang Buhay” in 2016. /ra
