Robi Domingo sent fans gushing as he showed his special moments with non-showbiz fiancée, Maiqui Pineda, during their engagement shoot in Kyoto and Osaka in Japan.
The TV host and Pineda posed for photos donning matching black suits, as seen on his Instagram page on Monday, June 19. The snaps were captured by photographer Jaja Samaniego.
“All aboard for our next destination,” Domingo captioned his post.
“We couldn’t have thought of a better team to capture these special moments,” he added, thanking Samaniego and her team. “Lots of kwentos (stories) and core memories made.”
Samaniego also showed a compilation of the couple’s photos through her Instagram page.
“For Robi Domingo and Maiqui’s engagement photos, I took them at the Kyoto Train Station. A Japanese architectural gem, I knew it would be a rich backdrop for their budding romance,” she said.
Fans then admired the pair via the comments section, while singer-actor Darren Espanto confessed how the photos made him realize that Domingo is “actually getting married.”

Domingo and Pineda got engaged in 2022 after being in a relationship for four years. The TV host earlier moved out of his bachelor pad as he has been preparing to build a new home with Pineda. /ra
