John Lloyd Cruz and his rumored flame, artist Isabel Santos, seem to be opening up about their relationship as they were seen together with the actor’s son, Elias Modesto Cruz, at an intimate dinner.

The pair was spotted sitting next to each other in what seemed to be an intimate dinner with Santos’ family, as seen in her Instagram Story on Tuesday night, June 13.

Meanwhile, Elias Modesto Cruz, Cruz’s son with actress Ellen Adarna, was seen leaning on the actor’s right shoulder while he nibbled on his hand.

The reasons behind the intimate dinner remain unknown, although Santos added a birthday cake emoji in her post.

While Cruz and Santos have yet to confirm their relationship, the rumored pair have been spotted together on multiple occasions since 2021. Among their recent sightings include a dinner cruise in Thailand earlier this month and an art exhibit in Hong Kong in March 2023.

The “One More Chance” star’s last known public relationship was with Adarna, who he split with sometime in 2019. The actress is now happily married to actor Derek Ramsay. EDV
