Kylie Verzosa graced the red-carpet premiere at the Cannes Film Festival of “Jeanne du Barry,” the festival’s opening night film which stars American actor Johnny Depp.
The actress-beauty queen looked stunning in a black ball gown adorned with feathers and crystals by Mark Bumgarner, as seen on her Instagram page on Wednesday, May 17.
“Dream come true,” she said in the caption. “Such an honor to walk at the 76th Cannes Film Festival opening night. Thank you for having me, [Cannes Film Festival]. It was so surreal.”
Verzosa was personally invited by the organizers of the prestigious film festival, as per Yugen talent agency’s Instagram page.
Verzosa received cheers and compliments from fellow celebrities who were in awe of the actress-beauty queen.

Meanwhile, “Jeanne du Barry” is Depp’s comeback film after his highly publicized legal battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard in 2022. Aside from Depp, the biographical drama film also stars Maïwenn, Benjamin Lavernhe, Pierre Richard, Melvil Poupaud and Pascal Greggory. /ra
