Ramos was also one of the three candidates hailed as Tingog ng Filipina “for exemplifying the beauty, values, and smarts that a modern and empowered Filipina must possess in order to inspire others.” Joining Ramos were Baguio’s Krishnah Marie Gravidez and Agusan del Norte’s Jannarie Zarzoso.
Through her Instagram page, Ramos showed the process of making her national costume, which was designed by John Hubert Capito.
“‘An Bulawanon nga Katbari ha Sinirangan’ (The Golden Harvest Season in the East). A love letter to our hardworking farmers; a serenade to the Gods,” she captioned her post.
