Lea Salonga, Norm Lewis and Jessica Vosk have been invited to perform at the White House during a state dinner for South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol.
Aside from the Broadway stars, whose performance brought “a quintessential American art form to the world stage,” Korean-American chef Edward Lee was also invited at the event, as reported by theater news website BroadwayWorld on Friday, April 21.
The Tony award-winning actress then expressed excitement over her upcoming performance by sharing the said report through her Twitter page.

Vosk, who played the role of Elphaba in Tony-winning musical “Wicked,” also announced this through her Instagram Stories. The state dinner reportedly will be held next week.
Meanwhile, Salonga earlier announced her Broadway comeback as a cast member and production staff of the musical “Here Lies Love,” which tells the story of Ferdinand Marcos Sr. and former First Lady Imelda Marcos.
