Doug Kramer, Chesca Garcia and their kids Kendra, Scarlett and Gavin had a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of their new house, which will be part of their “build and sell passion project.”
Doug gave glimpses of the event through a video on his Instagram page on Thursday, April 20.
“Our next house project. Groundbreaking and dedication day,” Doug said. “To God be the glory always!”
The house will be a three-story structure with a basement, as seen on the Instagram page of the construction company Tier One Architects.
The family of five received congratulatory greetings from fans and fellow celebrities via the comments section.

Doug and Chesca announced in July last year that they will be building another house, noting that it will be for “another family (investor) in the near future.”
Doug and Chesca have been married for 14 years. The couple and their kids moved into their current house in 2019, after its construction which took almost two years. /ra
