Screen veterans Vilma Santos and Christopher de Leon are set to titillate their longtime fans once again as they flew to Japan to shoot scenes for their reunion film “When I Met You in Tokyo.”

JG Productions Incorporated, the production company behind the film, shared photos of Santos and de Leon being interviewed by the press in the airport on their Facebook page on Sunday, April 1, as they appeared to be excited about their upcoming project.

“Going [airplane emoji] Japan! See you there mga ka-#MeetMeInTokyo,” the caption read.

The seasoned actors were also spotted posing with fellow screen veteran Tirso Cruz III, as well as the film’s production team.

“When I Met You in Tokyo” is Santos’ comeback film after seven years, and her first film with de Leon after almost 20 years. The film, which was teased by the actress earlier this month, is described to be a “love story for all seasons” during a media conference, and is said to suit their ages.

De Leon, who worked with Santos in “Broken Marriage” (1983), “Imortal” (1989), and “Dekada ‘70” (2002), admitted to having special feelings for the Star for All Seasons during the actress’ 60th anniversary special in February. EDV
