Pia Wurtzbach expresses support for sister Sarah in battle with depression, anxiety, PTSD
Pia Wurtzbach has nothing but admiration for her sister Sarah for sharing her progress in her journey of battling depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
In her Instagram page on Wednesday, March 22, Sarah spoke about how the “long road” has been rough for her since she opened up about being a victim of gang assault and grooming in 2020.
“It’s been a long road and how rough it has been.. but I am so proud that I have come so far from when it all started,” she stated. “It took a lot of time and healing for me to get back into normality as PTSD kicked in and my anxiety was at an all-time high.”
“I can’t say that I’m at the end of the road, but I can definitely hold my head up high and say that I’m proud of myself,” she concluded.
