LOOK: Angkas’ witty response on Vice Ganda and Angkas CEO’s conversation goes viral

Netizens were abuzz after Filipino motorcycle taxi hailing app Angkas posted on their Facebook page a reaction to the conversation between Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda and Angkas CEO George Royeca.
During a guest appearance yesterday at It’s Showtime’s Isip Bata segment, Vice Ganda jokingly told Royeca she has a problem with Angkas’ foul-smelling helmets, “May problema ako sa Angkas, Sir. Minsan, ang baho ng helmet nyo. Sir George, paano yun?” To which Royeca answered, “Ma’am Vice, amoy tagumpay po yan. Pinaghirapan yang amoy na yan.”
Known for its clever and humorous social media posts, Angkas took to Facebook the said conversation between Vice Ganda and its CEO and wrote, “hahahaha boi sinong niloko neto ay ceo pala natin to.”
Many Facebook users praised Angkas for its witty and entertaining captions. Others jokingly said the Angkas admin might be out of job after the said post.
Even former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno joined the conversation, “Pareng George Royeca yung admin mo, realtalk lang toh mah men.”
As of writing, the Angkas post has over 105,000 reactions, 1,800 comments, and more than 7,000 shares.
Royeca, meanwhile, shared on his Facebook page his gratitude for Vice Ganda and the It’s Showtime family for inviting Angkas riders on the show, “Maraming salamat It’s Showtime family sa napakasayang show! Nakakahawa ang good vibes at positive energy niyo! Maraming, maraming salamat din, Vice Ganda. Iba ka magpasaya ng tao. Wala kang katulad! Also nice seeing you, Karylle and Dj M.O.D.!!”
