Yassi Pressman advises public: ‘Try harder to be educated with facts’
Yassi Pressman dropped a cryptic remark about people “making fake conspiracies only to hurt other people,” which coincidentally came after 2020 third-party rumors about her sister Issa and James Reid resurfaced on social media.
The said rumors were brought up earlier by netizens, after Issa and Reid appeared to have confirmed their relationship by showing a photo that showed them seemingly holding hands.
Yassi then appeared to have intrigued the public with her tweet on Saturday, March 18.
“Just don’t agree with people making fake conspiracies only to hurt other people. Let’s stop being only opinionated, but try harder to be educated with facts,” she said.
“[Because] if the words you threw around were tattooed on you, would you walk around proud,” she added, concluding with the hashtag “think before you click.”

Netizens were quick to relate Yassi’s tweet to Issa and Reid’s rumored romance, with some even going as far as calling out the actress for “tolerating” her sister.
Yassi also appeared to have alluded to the issue in a separate Instagram post, noting that she limited the comments on her post because she “only welcomes positivity, love [and] kindness.”
“Smiling cause you don’t know anything about our personal relationships,” she stated. “Kung maka-judge!”

It can be recalled that Yassi defended her sister back in 2020 when the latter was accused of being the third party in the split of Reid and his ex-girlfriend, actress Nadine Lustre. “Do not be so quick to point fingers, when you do not have the proper information,” she said at the time, also using the hashtag “think before you click.”
Meanwhile, Reid earlier asserted that none of the “past rumors” about Issa were true, adding that his current state is the “happiest [he has] ever been.” /ra
