Sharon Cuneta ‘bedridden’ for over a week now; emotional as daughter Frankie returns to US
Sharon Cuneta revealed she has been sick and bedridden, saying her condition got worse when her daughter Frankie Pangilinan flew back to the United States to continue her studies.
The Megastar disclosed this while showing a photo of Pangilinan through her Instagram page on Tuesday, Feb. 28.
“I have been sick since Feb. 21, and for a week now my throat and congestion have been so bad I’ve basically been bedridden,” she said. “Now all that’s just been aggravated by so much crying because my Kakie is, once again, after delays caused by unavoidable circumstances both here and in New York, flying back to the States today to continue her studies.”
Cuneta expressed her longing for her daughter, whom she fondly called the “heart of [her] hearts, bestie, babygurl forever,” as she prayed for Pangilinan’s safety.
“Without COVID and all, you’d already be graduating this year. So please—I know it’ll take another year and a half or so—but just get it over with so my heart can finally rest from breaking whenever you leave and jumping for joy whenever you come home,” she addressed Pangilinan.
