LOOK: ‘Unbreak My Heart’ stars kick off filming in Switzerland

The production for the ABS-CBN-GMA teleserye “Unbreak My Heart” is underway as lead stars Jodi Sta. Maria, Gabbi Garcia, Joshua Garcia, and Richard Yap were spotted filming in Switzerland.
Dreamscape Entertainment, the production company in charge of the project, shared behind-the-scenes photos of Sta. Maria and Joshua who appear to be enjoying their filming, as seen on its official Instagram page on Wednesday, Feb. 22.
“What a wonderful experience to shoot in a scenic view! Here are some snaps of #UnbreakMyHeart stars Jodi Sta. Maria and Joshua Garcia’s scene with Direk Emmanuel Quindo Palo for GMA, ABS CBN, Dreamscape Entertainment, and Viu’s upcoming series,” its caption read.

The production company also captured the Kapamilya lead stars visiting some of the country’s most scenic locations in a separate post.
“Willkommen in der Schweiz (Welcome to Switzerland). #UnbreakMyHeart stars enjoy their time in Switzerland before they start rolling,” the caption read.

The production company also showed the teleserye’s cast enjoying each other’s company, as they toured more of the European country’s tourist attractions.
“Grüezi (Hello)! Here are more photos of the cast and staff from the Switzerland shoot of GMA, ABS-CBN and [a streaming platform’s] upcoming series #UnbreakMyHeart, produced by Dreamscape Entertainment. Coming soon,” Dreamscape wrote.

Meanwhile, Sparkle GMA Artist Center revealed that Yap even brought his family on the set of the teleserye.
“Nothing but love on the set of #UnbreakMyHeart,” it began. “Here’s a sweet moment caught on camera of Gabbi Garcia getting along with co-star Richard Yap and his whole family while in Europe!”

Garcia and Yap expressed their excitement over visiting the set of the hit K-drama “Crash Landing on You” in Iseltwald, as seen on their respective Instagram accounts.
“One for the books,” she captioned her post.

The “My Binondo Girl” star also shared that the cast enjoyed the weather in Switzerland, and even had the chance to tour the town of Interlaken and the picturesque Victoria-JungfrauGrand Hotel.

“Unbreak My Heart” is a collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA. It will be shown via the Kapuso network and a streaming platform in 2023. It is directed by Emmanuel Quindo Palo and Dolly Dulu, and will be produced by Dreamscape Entertainment.
The lead stars, as well as cast members Eula Valdes, Nikki Valdez, Maey Bautista, Bianca De Vera, Will Ashley, and Laurice Guillen, were unveiled to the public in January of this year.
The production company also confirmed that Sunshine Cruz, Gardo Versoza, Victor Neri, Jeremiah Lisbo, Dionne Monsanto, PJ Endrinal, and Mark Rivera will be joining the series’ cast on Monday, Feb. 20. EDV
